Please use links below and enter arrival and departure dates to be shown dollr totals for staying. On stays of less than a week there is also an additional linens/ cleaning fee that will need to be added on most of the properties (varies by house)

Temporarily, rates can be viewed by looking at our homes where they are also displayed on VRBO/ Homeaway by clicking on links below. To the right hand side is a rate estimator. Enter in number of guests and arrival and departure dates (Saturday to Saturday only from May to September) . After doing that click on “Get an Instant Quote” in blue which is located 3 lines down below the yellow request to book tab.

When book direct through our Reaches2Beaches site you do not have to pay the Service Fee or Property Damage Fee amounts listed on the VRBO calculations.
(If book through VRBO/ Homeaway you do).

Paying by VRBO does allow you to pay by credit card, but you do have Service and Insurance Fees that must pay to VRBO/ Homeaway at booking. Payment direct to us by our website Reaches2Beaches must be paid to us by check, but you don’t have to pay the extra VRBO fees ( or use paid sites to pay via credit card).
